Analysis processes play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our products. At Craft Composite, we employ advanced simulations and testing methods to thoroughly analyze the mechanical, thermal, and environmental resilience of our products. These analyses allow us to predict how our products will perform under specific conditions and optimize our designs if necessary. Additionally, we are pioneering efforts in the analysis of natural fiber composite structures.
Ultrasonic Inspection:
Ultrasonic inspection is an effective method used to detect the internal structure and potential defects of composite materials. This method works by passing sound waves through the material. The waves are analyzed to determine the homogeneity of the material and defects such as delamination or cracks. Craft Composite aims to provide the highest quality to our customers by increasing the reliability and durability of our products through Tap Hammer, Phased Array, Pulse Echo and Through Transmission inspection techniques.
Mechanical Tests:
Performed to evaluate the physical properties of composite materials. These tests aim to measure various mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending and impact strength. Craft Composite optimizes the durability and performance of products by performing these tests in a laboratory environment. Thanks to mechanical tests, necessary corrections can be made during the design phase and the final products are ensured to comply with the highest standards in the industry. Tests are performed according to NADCAP, EN, ISO and ASTM standards.
